For gifting convenience, our return window has been extended through January 1, 2026.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery (or by January 1, 2026, whichever is later). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a mis-shipment occurred on GelPro’s part.

Before returning a product, please contact GelPro via email at support@gelpro.com to obtain a return label, include your order number, return contact information, and the reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, color mismatch with décor). The return cost will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
